A Healthy Diet for Weight Loss Should
Be Low in Fat and High in Protein!

WEIGHT LOSS TIP: There are many types of diet plans out there but if you want one that will definitely help you to lose weight that is also healthy then eat foods that are low in fat and high in protein. Below is a recipe you can use to make yourself some tasty tuna burgers to get you started on your new healthy low fat high protein diet:

  • 1 Can Tuna in water
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 Cup Buckwheat Pancake mix
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder(or other spice)
Form into 2 patties and Fry or Grill
Serve on a Whole Wheat Bun
